All the wheat we use is organic and free of all the pesticides that have been becoming a huge problem in the wheat community. The whole wheat is 100% locally sourced and the white flour is sourced from Central Milling. Every single baked good we offer will always have a portion of locally sourced wheat. We pride ourselves on using as many locally sourced ingredients we can to help support our community, small businesses and farmers.
